I am a psychologist, not only by profession but by vocation and passion. I have spent several years researching, teaching, and writing articles for scientific journals. I learned a lot, but I also accumulated the desire to write freely.
After taking a 180 degree turn in my life, in 2015 the “Psychology Spot” was born, a space for personal growth inspired by scientific studies where I try to promote reflection to achieve a change that allows us to become the person we want be.
As a result of this adventure, several books have emerged that have already helped more than 10,000 people deal with problems such as anxiety or depression, and two international projects (Angolo della Psicologia and Rincón de la Psicología) that have allowed me to connect with the Spanish and Italian speaking world. Psychology Spot is a place without borders, designed precisely to communicate, connect and open the mind.
I don’t promise an easy trip. No miracles either, but rather a path to think and decide autonomously. A path that allows us to rebuild ourselves and face the challenges of daily life with a more conscious and developing attitude.
