Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders. 5% of people suffer from generalized anxiety permanently, but it is estimated that over 20% will suffer from panic attacks at some point in their lives. However, there are other types of anxiety, such as social anxiety, which affects between 15 and 30% of people who suffer from anxiety, while between 10 and 20% develop some types of phobia.

The symptoms of anxiety vary from person to person, manifest as a state of widespread apprehension and recurring negative thoughts. The anxiety disorders have a remedy. It is not always necessary to resort to psychotropic drugs such as anxiolytics, there are natural remedies such as relaxation techniques or meditation.
