Habits are an essential part of our daily lives. They help shape our behaviors, attitudes and, ultimately, our decisions. The habits we develop can help us achieve our goals or become an obstacle to reaching our full potential. In fact, studies show that up to 40% of our daily actions are based on habits. Therefore, developing positive habits is crucial for our personal and professional growth.

We can think of habits as building blocks that shape our character and mold us into the people we want to become. They are small pieces that, in the long run, can make a difference as they contribute to creating solid foundations for our lives.
